Toowoomba, Australia - Daniel King House & Building Reports pre-purchase and pre-sale building inspections achieved the esteemed Australian Business Quality Award for successfully adhering to its high service standards and going beyond customers’ needs.

Now in its 7th year, the Australian Business Quality Awards acknowledges enterprises that exhibit outstanding service levels as assessed by their customers. The organisation measures businesses against a range of internationally-recognised principles of best practice in customer service.

People buying and selling a house engage us to look over the building for any potential problems which would have a factor as to whether they are going to continue with the contract and buy the property or if selling the property, for them to correct the defects or price the building accordingly.  Based in Toowoomba and covering the Toowoomba areas and anywhere our service is required, Daniel is fortunate enough to have his own aircraft which also allows him to service the country areas.

Being a small company Daniel is the sole inspector so clients always know who they are dealing with and clients are encouraged to join Daniel at inspections if possible.  Daniel started building in 1982 and has been carrying out building inspections since 1999. Patrice Lewis has been managing Daniel’s office since shortly after Daniel’s business was established.
