I carry out the inspection, then the report is typed.
I encourage you to follow me at your house inspection if you
would like to do so. I will ring you to give you a verbal
summary and make an appointment to hand deliver your summary
to you if you live in or near Toowoomba. If you live
out of the Toowoomba area, I will fax/email and post your
report, and telephone you to speak about the report.
